“We need to make a shift from that word calling…to my calling is filled in salvation.” -Kat Armstrong
I love when I have the opportunity to share how Chasity gave me this job and how she GAVE me this business.
To have the opportunity to share is the reminder of God’s assignment for my life.
And this assignment can change. It can change daily. It changed three years ago from when I was a teacher and now I am a photographer. It changed as I became a wife and a mother. But it is not my calling. My calling is my salvation in Him and when I have the blessing to go to a session and share that, I am ALWAYS blown away.
Sharing with Crystal and Collin and hearing their story of His faith, His grace and His assignments He has given them testify again to the goodness of the Father we serve. Their assignments changed. Their homes changed. But God has been faithful every step of the way.
And leaving the session having the chance to hear how they have learned His grace from parenting (and how I can sooo relate!!) forms a bond in friendship for which I will forever be thankful.
Hampton McColl Bryant, you are so loved. Fearfully and wonderfully made. And the sweetest blessing to Maggie who is one of the best big sisters around.
