Even among the rain, I snuck in a session with some of my most favorite people ever. Meg’s mom, Barbie, and my mom are absolute best friends, colleagues, and teammates. They’ve worked directly beside each other for the twenty years that this family has been a part of our small town and because of that, my brother and I became best friends with her four kiddos, too.
I was in high school when they moved here (let’s don’t talk about the fact that that was too years ago) and I began baby-sitting these beautiful, smart, and FUNNY children.
Now, the oldest is all grown up and ENGAGED and will get married next year. How does that even happen!? Wasn’t she just four yesterday!?!
So what an honor to capture their love…
Meg and Creed are high school sweethearts and their love is evident to anyone around.
But not in a cheesy way.
In a “you-can’t-help-but-smile-when-you’re-around-them” kind of love.
Meg didn’t really want to “kiss” Creed in front of the camera so they just laughed and laughed instead.
And as you can see, she even got a lift around the farm so that she wouldn’t mess up those beautiful boots.
Now, that’s a good man.
Meg and Creed, I adore you.
Oh and Barbie, thanks for holding the umbrella so my camera wouldn’t get wet.
